Estate Planning & Trust Administration: We charge a clear flat fee for these services. Because every family’s dynamics and asset structures are unique, the total flat fee varies based on the complexity of your specific case.


Personal Injury & Automobile Accidents: These cases are handled on a contingency fee basis. This means there are absolutely no out-of-pocket costs to you; we are only paid a percentage of the financial recovery upon the successful conclusion of your case.


Contract Reviews & Disputes: Whether your contract matter involves active litigation or can be resolved out of court, we charge a predictable flat-fee rate tailored to the scope of the dispute.


Probate Administration: For full-service probate administration (including cases that require litigation), California law dictates how we are paid. You do not pay us up front; instead, statutory probate attorney fees are paid directly out of the estate assets at the very end of the administration process.

A will directs who receives your assets but typically still passes through probate. A living trust can help your family avoid probate, keep your affairs private, and manage your assets if you ever become unable to. I help you decide which one fits your situation.
